Steel Windows & Doors are a stunning solution for a wide variety of projects - heritage through to modern designs can be enhanced by the use of custom steel windows & doors by Creative Windows. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? Steel windows and doors offer numerous benefits, including strength, durability, security, and a sleek, clean aesthetic. They are also resistant to warping, cracking, and shrinking, making them low-maintenance and long-lasting. Additionally, steel frames can be much narrower than their counterparts, allowing for larger glass panes and unobstructed views. Overall, steel windows and doors can enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspects of a building.
A gorgeous project like this deserves a quality product with a smooth finish. A lower quality product may show welding marks, messy joins and not present as beautifully. It's just not worth trying to save money on such an important part of a build - The Windows and Doors are an integral part of most architectural designs, the quality and craftsmanship should therefor be a priortity when choosing your supplier. A GOOD CHOICE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT! Steel window frames offer several compelling environmental benefits. Firstly, steel's exceptional durability and longevity result in less frequent replacements and reduce the overall demand for new materials. Additionally, steel's full recyclability further minimizes the environmental impact by promoting a circular economy Featured project Architect: Bryant Alsop Builder: Clancy Constructions

We talked about Descending windows recently - however this is not the only option when it comes to motorised windows to open up spaces!
When it comes to automated systems there some truly inspirational solutions available.
Motorisation means easy and quick operation, as well as adding sophistication to any project. The oversized sashless can
facilitate 6 metres in height and 6 metres width. With this in mind, motorisation is the only option for functionality purposes. The large panels open at ease with the addition of almost silent motors and can be stacked above or below the other panels. Motorisation isn't just for vertical like the Descending or guillotine windows It is highly recommended for oversized Sliding and Pivot doors! Whilst large panel doors can operate without motorisation, the sheer weight makes motorisation the best possible solution for ease of use on a day to day basis. Talk to our sales team to discuss the best option for your project.
CURVED WINDOW REVIVAL Curved windows are synonymous with Art Deco design however Architects are finding new and exciting ways to utilise curved glass in modern design. Whether it be sumptuous organic shapes or symmetrical curves there's no denying the impact. Advancements in technology have made the possibilities endless! Not simply limited to fixed panels, there are a multitude of options. Curved Sliding doors or Descending Windows offer an opportunity to include expansive views past the 180 degrees with the option to open for seamless indoor outdoor areas. Creative Windows can offer curved window solutions in both Aluminium and Steel.
Completed earlier this year, the Peninsula House project employs both aluminium and steel framed windows for different aesthetic purposes and won the 2023 Australian Glass and Window Association (AGWA) Victoria – ‘Best Residential Window and Glass project over $80K Award’.
DESCENDING WINDOWS
One of the most exciting advancements in motorised windows and doors would have to be the Descending Window.
Imagine having a wall of windows simply descend into the floor at the touch of a button! POINT PIPER NSW Our project at Point Piper NSW is a perfect example of how descending windows can open indoor - outdoor living spaces seamlessly. This panel is 9 metres wide and over 3 metres high. The window opens up the living space when dropped into the floor and expands the panoramic view. The descending window is accompanied by slimline units throughout the rest of the building to increase the stunning view.
THE VISION
Architects and Designers often draw inspiration from the landscape, whether it be a rugged Australian coastline or majestic New Zealand ranges. We desire connection to the outdoors & our architecture reflects this. The Descending Window opens a world of opportunity for the astute designer.
